The cocktail (100X) solution contains SB-431542 (Cat. No. 1674) (250.0 μM), LDN193189 (Cat. No. 1995) (12.5 μM), CHIR99021 (Cat. No. 1677) (75 μM), and DAPT (Cat. No. 1855 ) (250.0 μM).
