Netarsudil Hydrochloride (AR-13324) is a Rho kinase (ROCK) inhibitor with norepinephrine transport inhibitory activity that reduces production of aqueous humor. Netarsudil (AR-13324) is a potent, selective ROCK inhibitor with Ki of 4.2 nM for ROCK2; a novel ocular hypotensive agent for the treatment of glaucoma.
