IITZ-01

IITZ-01 is a potent potent lysosomotropic autophagy inhibitor; displays >10-fold potent autophagy inhibition than Chloroquine (Cat. No.1825); enhances autophagosome accumulation but inhibits autophagosomal degradation by impairing lysosomal function, finally resulting in the inhibition of autophagy. Displays potent anticancer activity.
