NMS-P118

A potent, and selective poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase 1 (PARP1) inhibitor. It is selective for PARP1 (Kd = 9 nM) over PARP2 (Kd = 1,390 nM). NMS-P118 displays anticancer activity as single agent, as well as in combination therapies.
