EZBlock™ Protease Inhibitor Cocktail VIII, DMSO-Free

A cocktail of five protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of aspartic, serine, cysteine, aminopeptidases and thermolysin-like proteases. This cocktail is recommended for purification of proteins containing His-Tag sequences. One ml of the reconstituted cocktail is recommended for about 10 g of cells. Each vial contains 100 mM of AEBSF, HCl (Cat. No.1644), 5 mM of Bestatin (Cat. No. 1733), 1.5 mM of E-64 (Cat. No 1739), 2 mM of Pepstatin A (Cat. No. 1732) and 200 µM of Phosphoramidon disodium salt.
