EZBlock™ Protease Inhibitor Cocktail II, Animal-Free

A cocktail consisting of five protease inhibitors useful for the inhibition of a broad range of proteases. Reconstitution of each vial with 1 ml DI water provides a 100X stock solution. Useful for the protection of proteins from endogenous proteases that can be released during protein extraction from cell lysates. The concentrations of the five protease inhibitors in a 1X solution are: AEBSF HCl (Cat. No. 1644, 500 µM); Aprotinin, Recombinant (Cat. No. 7866, 150 nM); E-64 (Cat. No. 1739, 1 µM), Leupeptin hemisulfate (Cat. No. 1648, 1 µM), and EDTA disodium (500 µM ).
