EZBlock™ Protease Inhibitor Cocktail XV

A cocktail of four protease inhibitors that has been optimized for the inhibition of a broad range of serine proteases. Reconstitute each vial in 1 ml D.I. water to obtain 100X concentrated cocktail solution. The concentrations of the four protease inhibitors in a 1X solution are: AEBSF HCl (Cat. No. 1644, 500 µM); Aprotinin, Bovine lung (Cat. No. 4690, 420 nM); Elastatinal (Cat. No. 9629, 20 µM) and GGACK HCl (Cat. No. 1847, 1 µM).
