EZBlock™ Protease Inhibitor Cocktail VI, General Use

A cocktail of six protease inhibitors with broad specificity for the inhibition of serine, cysteine, aminopeptidases and metalloproteases. Recommended for general use. (Note: One vial is recommended for the inhibition of proteases present in 20 g of cell extract). Reconstitute each vial in 100 ml D.I. water to obtain 100 ml of the cocktail solution. The reconstituted cocktail solution contains 2 mM of AEBSF, HCl (Cat. No. 1644), 0.3 µM of Aprotinin, bovine lung (Cat. No. 4690), 14 µM of E-64 (Cat. No. 1739), 1 µM of Leupeptin, hemisulfate (Cat. No. 1648), 130 µM of Bestatin (Cat. No. 1733), and 1 mM of EDTA, disodium. Provided with a directional insert.
