Eltoprazine hydrochloride

Eltoprazine is a partial agonist at serotonin 5-HT1A, 5-HT1B, and 5-HT2B receptors (Kis = 40, 52, and 81 nM, respectively). Reduces 5-HIAA levels in the striatum and displays antiaggressive behavior in vivo.
