Vonoprazan fumarate

Vonoprazan fumarate is a Potassium-competitive acid blocker (P-CAB) that inhibits gastric H⁺/K⁺ATPase (IC₅₀ = 17 nM) but does not inhibit porcine Na+/K+ ATPase activity when used at a concentration of 10 µM.
