Ac-VEID-pNA

Ac-VEID-pNA, is a colorimetric substrate for caspase-6 and related cysteine proteases. Cleavage of the substrate by a caspase results in the release of pNA, which can be detected by its absorbance at 405nm (ε=10,500 M-1cm-1).
