Mizoribine

Mizoribine is an imidazole nucleoside that acts as an immunosuppressive agent and HCV RNA replication inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 100 μM). Inhibits T and B cell proliferation. Anti-bacterial, antiviral, antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive agent. Active in vivo and in vitro.
