Edonerpic maleate

Edonerpic is a neural plasticity enhancer. It enhances motor function recovery from internal capsule hemorrhage in nonhuman primates. Edonerpic protects against MPTP-induced neurotoxicity by blocking lipid peroxidation in the SNc; this compound may be useful for treating neurodegenerative disorders related to oxidative stress, such as Parkinson's disease.
