GSK-650394

GSK-650394 is a potent inhibitor of serum- and glucocorticoid-regulated kinase (IC₅₀s = 62 and 103 nM for SGK1 and SGK2, respectively). It demonstrates greater than 30-fold selectivity for SGK1 over Akt and other related kinases. GSK-650394 can inhibit the androgen-stimulated growth of human prostate carcinoma LNCaP cells with an IC₅₀ value of ~ 1 μM.
