CaCCinh-A01 is a TMEM16 Blocker. It is a non-selective inhibitor of calcium-activated chloride channels (CaCCs) that blocks ATP-stimulated chloride conductance in human salivary gland, intestinal, and bronchial epithelium (mean IC₅₀ = 10 µM).
