MK-4827 (Tosylate)

MK-4827 is a potent and selective PARP-1 and PARP-2 inhibitor with IC₅₀ values of 3.8 nM and 2.1 nM, respectively. It induces synthetic lethality in preclinical tumor models with loss of BRCA and PTEN function.
