RTA-402
RTA-402 is a synthetic triterpenoid compound with anti-inflammatory, antitumor and cytoprotective properties. RTA-402 is a potent nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) activator. CDDO-Me has been used for the treatment of chronic kidney disease, cancer (including leukemia and solid tumors), and other diseases.
