Delafloxacin
Delafloxacin (ABT-492) is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that displays high potency against a wide range of bacteria in vitro, including levofloxacin-resistant strains of S. pneumoniae and methicillin-resistant S. aureus. It targets both DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV.
