Hesperadin
Hesperadin is a potent, ATP-competitive inhibitor of Aurora B kinase (IC₅₀ = 250 nM). Hesperadin inhibits Aurora B kinase by phosphorylation of histone H3. Also acts as a broad-spectrum influenza antiviral agent.
