Teneligliptin

Teneligliptin is a potent DPP-4 (dipeptidylpeptidase-4) inhibitor, that competitively inhibits human plasma, rat plasma, and human recombinant DPP-4 in vitro, with IC₅₀s of approximately 1 nM. Useful drug for treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).
