RG-7112
RG-7112 is a Nutlin imidazoline compound that acts as a potent MDM2 inhibitor as well as displays antineoplastic activity. RG-7112 binds to MDM2, thereby preventing the binding of the MDM2 protein to the transcriptional activation domain of the tumor suppressor protein p53.
