EED-226
EED-226 is a potent, selective, allosteric Polycomb repressive complex 2 (PRC2) inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 23.4 nM). EED-226 binds to the H3K27me3 binding pocket of EED (Embryonic Ectoderm Development) to allosterically inhibit PRC2. EED-226 induces robust and sustained tumor regression in EZH2MUT preclinical DLBCL model.
