A37 is a aldehyde dehydrogenase 1A1 (ALDH1A1) inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 4.6 μM; Ki = 300 nM). Displays selectivity for ALDH1A1 over eight other ALDH isoforms. A37 disrupts OC spheroid formation and cell viability (p<0.001).
