Casticin
Casticin, a polymethoxyflavone, is one of the major active components obtained from Fructus viticis. It displays anticancer activities including induction of cell apoptosis in human cancer cells. Casticin impairs cell migration and invasion of mouse melanoma B16F10 cells via PI3K/AKT and NF-κB signaling pathways.
