CFI-400945 is a potent, ATP-competitive inhibitor of PLK4 (Polo-like kinase 4) (Ki = 0.2 nM). Displays anticancer properties. PLK4 inhibition also prevents cell division and inhibits proliferation of PLK4-overexpressing tumor cells.
