HM-30181 is a third-generation P-glycoprotein (P-gp) inhibitor. In an in vitro, HM-30181 displays a high selectivity for P-gp and its potency is 20–50 times higher than that of tariquidar (Cat. No. 2853), another third-generation P-gp inhibitor.
