Z-VRPR-FMK is selective and irreversible MALT-1 (Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma translocation protein 1) inhibitor that inhibits NF- κB dependent gene expression affecting the growth, proliferation and survival of hyperactive B cell like in diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (ABC-DLBCL). It has also shown to inhibit autoprocessing activity of MCA2 in protozoan species
