SW-044248
SW-044248 is a selective Topoisomerase I inhibitor. It is extremely potent and selectively toxic to NSCLC killing ~15% of a 74 NSCLC cell lines. It was not toxic to immortalized human bronchial cell lines. The intense transcriptional response to SW-044248 in HCC4017 cells significantly correlates to topoisomerase-I inhibition and not topoisomerase-II.
