PS-1145

PS-1145 is a potent and selective IκB kinase (IKK) inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 100 nM). Has no effect on PKA, PKC and CKII activity. PS-1145 efficiently inhibits both basal and induced NF-κB activity in PC cells. Enhances TNF-α-induced apoptosis in a multiple myeloma cell line.
