Alogliptin benzoate

Alogliptin benzoate is a potent, selective inhibitor of DPP-4 (dipeptidyl peptidase-4) with an IC₅₀ of <10 nM. Displays greater than 10,000-fold selectivity over DPP-8 and DPP-9. An anti-diabetic agent for treatment of type 2 diabetes.
