BLU9931

BLU9931 is a potent and irreversible small-molecule inhibitor of FGFR4. It potently inhibits FGFR4 activity (IC₅₀ = 3 nM), but only weakly inhibits FGFR1 (IC₅₀ = 591 nM), FGFR2 (IC₅₀ = 493 nM), and FGFR3 (IC₅₀ = 150 nM) activity.
