GDC-0032

GDC-0032 is a potent, and selective inhibitor of Class I PI3-K α, δ, and γ isoforms, with 30-fold less inhibition of the PI3K β isoform relative to the PI3K α isoform. This next generation PI3-K inhibitor displays increased anti-tumor activity against PIK3CA mutant (MT) cell lines.
