Inauhzin

Inauhzin is a potent SIRT inhibitor that effectively reactivates p53 by inhibiting SIRT1 activity. Inauhzin inhibits cell proliferation, induces senescence, and p53-dependent apoptosis of human cancer cells without apparent toxicity to normal cells.
