INK-128 is a potent, selective and ATP-competituve mTORC1/2 inhibitor with potential anticancer properties. Displays >200-fold less selectivity towards class I PI3-K isoforms. Recently, it has been shown that INK-128 can also suppress HIV-1 in humanized mice.
