XL-147
XL-147 is an ATP-competitive, highly selective, and reversible pan-class I phosphoinositide 3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor. It inhibits PI3K p110α, -β, -γ, and -δ isoforms, with IC₅₀ values of 48, 617, 10, and 260 nmol/L, respectively, measured in biochemical assays. XL-147 displays antitumor activity.
