PF-03394197

PF-03394197 is potent and selective Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor. It inhibits JAK family members with an IC₅₀ of 10-99 nM being most potent against JAK1 (IC₅₀ = 10 nM). PF-03394197 does not inhibit a panel of 38 non-JAK kinases (IC₅₀ >1 µM). Displays activity against cytokines involved in allergy.
