Cell-permeable. A potent, specific, and competitive transition-state substrate analog inhibitor of dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPPIV) (Ki =130 nM). May be used in cell cuture (1-10 μM) or Experimental anti-diabetic agent. Has been used in vivo and cell culture.
