Berbamine dihydrochloride

Berbemine is a naturally occurring alkaloid that displays several biological properties. Berbamine potently suppresses liver cancer cell proliferation and induces cancer cell death by targeting Ca²⁺/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase II (CAMKII). Also acts as a novel inhibitor of NF-kappaB activity with remarkable anti-myeloma efficacy.
