IPI-145
PI-145 is a potent inhibitor of phosphoinositide-3-kinase (PI3K)-d and PI3K-γ isoforms with potential immunomodulating and antineoplastic activities. IPI-145 prevents the activation of the PI3Kd/γ-mediated signaling pathways which may lead to a reduction in cellular proliferation in PI3Kd/γ-expressing tumor cells.
