Promotes cardiac differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) and human embryonic stem cells (hESCs) into cardiomyocytes. KY02111 promotes differentiation by inhibiting WNT signaling in hPSCs but in a manner that is distinct from that of previously studied WNT inhibitors.
