Cell-permeable. A potent, selective, and ATP-competitive mTOR (mammalian Target Of Rapamycin) inhibitor (IC₅₀ = 0.19 nM). Displays >5000-fold selectivity over PI3Ks. WYE-132 inhibits mTORC1 and mTORC2 in diverse cancer models in vitro and in vivo.
