A cell-permeable, fluorescent Calcium (Ca²⁺) indicator. Selective for Ca2+ over other divalent cations Mg²⁺, Zn²⁺, Fe²⁺ and Mn²⁺. Useful for measuring intracellular Ca²⁺ concentration.
