Cell-permeable. AS601245 is a potent, ATP-competitive JNK inhibitor (hJNK1: IC₅₀ = 150 nM, hJNK2: IC₅₀ = 220 nM and hJNK3: IC₅₀ = 70 nM). Displays anti-inflammatory properties and has been shown to reduce TNF-α plasma levels induced by LPS in mice.
