Sirtinol
Cell-permeable. A selective sirtuin deacetylase inhibitor with IC50 values of 38, 68 and 131 μM for SIRT2, Sir2p and SIRT1 respectively. Sirtinol has no effect on HDAC1 activity. Sirtinol inhibits the growth of cancer cells and suppresses inflammatory signaling in human dermal microvascular endothelial cells.
