Tandutinib

Cell-permeable. A potent inhibitor of Fms-like tyrosine kinase 3 (FLT3) kinase, PDGFRβ and c-Kit (IC50’s 95-122 ng/ml).   It inhibits FLT3 phosphorylation, downstream signaling and tumor growth in vitro and in animal models.
