Cell-permeable. A potent antagonist of Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway. Antagonizes smoothened receptor activity (KD = 12 nM) and inhibits SAG (Cat. No. 1939-500,1000) activity. SANT-2 should be a useful tool to study the Hh signaling pathway.
