GANT61

Cell-permeable. A Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway antagonist. Inhibits Hh signaling downstream of Smo and Sufu at the level of Gli (IC₅₀ = 5 µM). GANT61 has also been shown to inhibit the in vitro proliferation of PANC1 and 22Rv1 cells which have elevated GLi11 levels and prevent the development of 22Rv1 tumors in mice.
