Mycophenolic Acid

An Immunosuppressive agent that displays antiviral and antitumor effects in vitro and in vivo. Potently inhibits inosine monophosphate dehydrogenase in the guanosine monophosphate pathway. Also suppresses cytokine-induced nitric oxide production.
