Emodin

Cell-permeable. A naturally occurring anthraquinone that displays a range of biological activities including anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor and neuroprotective effects. Acts as a potent p56lck tyrosine kinase inhibitor (IC₅₀= 18.5 µM).
