Fasudil, Monohydrochloride
A cell-permeable Ca²⁺ antagonist and vasodilator. Inhibits protein kinase A (Ki = 1.6 µM), protein kinase G (Ki = 1.6 µM), myosin light chain kinase (Ki = 36 µM) and Rho kinase (ROCK; IC₅₀ = 10.7 µM. Fasudil also mobilizes adult neural stem cells in vivo.
